Job description

The Minister of Youth is a spiritual and administrative leader of the Youth Ministry of the Church. They are responsible to plan, promote, deploy, and publicize the youth activities and events designed to provide the opportunity for spiritual growth, create friendships and to reach youth and their families for Christ and Church membership.

Qualifications:

o Born again believer professing the Virgin Birth, Death, Burial and Resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.

o Must be willing to undergo background check.

o Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities

o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, while also understanding mandatory reporting law.

o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

o Willing to become a church member of Memorial Baptist.

Church Education and or experience related to teaching, youth ministries or pastoral care is a bonus.
