Job description
The Minister of Youth is the spiritual and administrative leader of the Youth Ministry of the Church. This person is responsible to plan, promote, deploy, and publicize the youth activities and events designed to provide opportunities for spiritual growth, create friendships, and to reach youth and their families for Christ and Church membership.

Qualifications:
o Born again believer professing the Virgin Birth, Death, Burial and Resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.
o Must be willing to undergo background check.
o Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, while also understanding mandatory reporting law.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
o Willing to become a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Church Education and or experience related to teaching, youth ministries or pastoral care is a bonus.
